The St. Pete Beach Community Center has facilities for all of your special occasion needs. Picture holding your wedding ceremony in the flower-lined courtyard with Boca Ciega Bay as your backdrop. The second-floor Boca Ciega Ballroom has an entire wall of windows over looking the water, perfect for capturing that late afternoon light.

Some information about us:

The ballroom can hold up to 180 guests with plenty of room for tables, chairs and a dance floor. Our facility rental prices are set up in all-inclusive packages for your convenience. **Prices include use of courtyard, Raymund Room, Boca Ciega Ballroom, Balcony Room, outdoor patio, all bistro tables and chairs, kitchen, lobby, set-up and break-down of chairs and tables, staff on duty, cleaning fee and applicable 7% sales tax. Equipment available includes 180 indoor chairs, 50 outdoor chairs, 20 round and 15 long tables.

What is included in the price?

How do I reserve the facility for my date?

Once you have called to see if your date is available, a $500 deposit is required to hold the date. You can pay in person or over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. Read the rules & regulations sheet below for all the details on your deposit.

Can I bring in my own food and alcohol?

We have no restrictions on food- you can use whatever caterer you choose or even make and bring in your own food. Alcohol is allowed. You must either have it provided and served by a caterer or company posessing liquor liability insurance OR purchase liability insurance from us for $126.02 that allows you to bring in your own alcohol.
