Cardio with Angie- Adults
A low impact exercise class which will improve your cardiovascular endurance while having fun making friends. The class will include rhythmic steps, strength and core training.

It’s just like volleyball but caters to the activity level of older adults. Socialize while you exercise.

Line Dancing– Adults

Qi Gong: Healing Body/Mind/Spirit- Adults
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates slow graceful movements, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Movements can be done either sitting or standing. Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – incorporates safe, fun & effective movements designed to improve overall functional conditioning and increase strength and flexibility.
