This class is a combination of balance, core and stretching exercises. Teaching students how to find their balance by teaching them to find their center of gravity. Please bring mat, large towel and water.

Cardio Bodyworks- 16 years and older
This class integrates a variety of cardio, body conditioning exercises and fun together. Plus core and stretching exercises too. Will improve strength, balance and flexibility. Please bring mat, large towel and water.

Cardio with Angie- Adults
A low impact exercise class which will improve your cardiovascular endurance while having fun making friends. The class will include rhythmic steps, strength and core training.

Pickleball- 18 years and older

Qi Gong: Healing Body/Mind/Spirit- Adults
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates slow graceful movements, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Movements can be done either sitting or standing. Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – incorporates safe, fun and effective movements designed to improve overall functional conditioning and increase strength and flexibility. Introduction to Fly Casting

Suncoast Fly Fishers is sponsoring a 2 hour session on fly casting. The class is designed for beginners with little or no fly casting experience. If you have a fly rod please bring it, if not we will have the necessary equipment. The class is limited to 10 people. Preregistration is required.

Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong Workshop
This class is an interactive introduction to ancient practices for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. You will be introduced to the practices of slow meditative movement, deep diaphragmatic breathing combined with techniques to calm and focus the mind. Take away new tools to reduce or eliminate pain, improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, super charge your immunity and Take Back Control of Your Health.
The first half of the workshop will be learning the healing concepts of Tai Chi & Qigong. The second half will be putting this information into a moving practice with instruction by Gary Israel and Natalie Flank.
