Aqua Zumba

Jump into the Latin inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance-fitness party that makes working out a splash. Come Zumba down with Instructor Mary Brown.

Aqua Pilates

Aqua Pilates is a new form of exercise that is taking the world by storm. This effective workout strengthens your core and allows you to become functionally fit. Practicing pilates in the water increases the benefits and will make a difference in your daily life.

Aqua Power

A full body workout with emphasis in strength building, cardio conditioning and functional movement. Choreographed interval training, switches from low to high resistance by changing hand positioning, body orientation and using dumbbells. The class is effective for building muscle and burning calories all day!

Aqua Yoga

Aqua yoga has all the benefits of land-based yoga such as stress reduction, better body awareness, and increased flexibility. Being in the water:
