Permit Fee Refunds
The following guidelines pertain to refund requests
Permit fees and flat fee permits may be refundable, according to the following guidelines:
- If work has commenced, inspections have been done or the permit is over 6 months old, no refund will be given.
- If work has not commenced, and the permit is less than 6 months old, we will refund 50% of the permit fee if the amount is greater than $100.
- To request a fee refund, the fee holder must email the Permit Cancellation Request to the attention of the Building Official at permits@stpetebeach.org with the payment receipt attached.
